Are you tired of contractors, project managers, plumbers, electricians, painters and workers that promise their work is the finest quality, and then finally the finished product is less than satisfactory?
We finally completed our home being remodeled. It took over twice as long as promised. We continually had to have their work redone. We were told that workers were on their way and they would not show up and/or take all day to show up. Workers would request arriving at five in the morning to paint and expect us to have work lights because they couldn’t see in the dark.
Does this sound familiar?
However, with all of the delays, less than satisfactory quality, and broken promises, there is one aspect of the project that was completed perfectly:
INSULATION GURUS, 416 W San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95110. They were highly recommended by the heating and air conditioning working on our home. We contacted Simon (the owner), made an appointment for him to come out to our home. He walked around the house, measured the total footage, asked questions, and then suggested numerous energy-saving ways to insulate the home. Simon gave us a very reasonable bid for the project that we could not refuse.
Early the next morning, Simon sent his crew. Eight a.m. on the dot, Jose, Rafael, and Robert knocked on the door. Dressed in sparkling white overalls, they removed the original existing insulation over fifty years old. After finding dead mice and rats, they fumigated everything. Cleaned out the entire attic. Installed the new insulation and were done by one o’clock. And on their way. WOW! They were quick, quiet, polite, courteous, very clean, and now our home is energy efficient.
There are companies who take pride in their products and workmanship and most of all treat their clients with the utmost respect.
INSULATION GURUS deserves MORE than a 5 Star rating.
