I have 3 very good experiences with HVAC Gurus. Simon (the project manager) is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He knows his service very well, and cares about his customers. He is a very easy-going and professional person. The first time I needed to install ducting for my old furnace. Simon listened to my needs and understood my lifestyle, measured the room size, then customized the ducting plan for my house, which is energy efficient. His team completed the ducting in a professional way. The second project is about insulation. The same high-quality work! The third time is for installing the AC. Simon carefully evaluates different options, and provides the best solution for my family. As usual, his team finishes the project in a very satisfactory way. In addition, the technicians also help me fix a few long-existing issues, although these issues are out of their responsibility. They show high-level professional service. I had requested the service of HVAC for split AC in my garage, new duct work to a small office room and also for air balancing for my current central AC system. Ritchard Weatherly initially came to my residence for inspection and provided detailed quotes for all projects separately, so that I could decide which ones I would like to get done. He also suggested that a split AC for a small office room was an overkill and suggested the duct work from the current central AC system. On the actual day, James and Oscar came to complete the project. They realized that duct work to the office was not possible, so suggested getting a portable AC for that room, but they completed the air balancing for the remaining room. Though they had shown up for a bigger project but ended up only doing the air balancing, so only charged for labor hour at a very reasonable rate. I was impressed with their professional approach and honesty and would highly recommend them.
