Porter Tanner is great!! He showed up on time, was courteous and respectful. He listened while I told him what I thought was wrong. He did his own diagnosis and it turns out I'm an idiot. (He never said that lol.) All I needed was batteries in my remote. I found some in the kitchen drawer and now all is working well again!!! Thank you so much!!
